Helping Cats & Dogs in Lancaster County​​
Eliannie Animal Rescue specializes in finding homes for homeless cats and kittens, and helps to reduce the cat population with TNR (trap, neuter, release) programs for community and feral cats. We also assist in local dog rescue, including work with Mutt Mutt Engine bringing dogs in from Romania to rehome and make space for displaced Ukrainian pets.

Size Doesn't Matter

From neonate to geriatric, we aim to help as many cats and kittens as we possibly can.  To do this, we need your help. Volunteers are what make this rescue work. We can only take in cats we have fosters for. We need you!
